Korey Kerscher Sarokin has been an attorney since 1991 and joined the Law Offices of Robert G. Stahl as an associate in 2002. Ms. Kerscher Sarokin was an Assistant District Attorney for New York County for nine years where she was a member of the Trial Bureau for five years and the Appellate Bureau for four years. Ms. Kerscher Sarokin graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law where she was a member of Law Review and a College of Law Merit Scholar.
Ms. Kerscher Sarokin's tenure with in the District Attorney's Office provided her with invaluable experience investigating and litigating criminal cases. She has tried dozens of cases and handled hundreds of appeals. Since entering private practice, Ms. Kerscher Sarokin has concentrated on defending criminal matters in federal, state and municipal courts throughout New Jersey and New York.
Ms. Kerscher Sarokin is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Kerscher Sarokin is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
