Robert G. Stahl, is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey. In that capacity, he successfully prosecuted multi-defendant, complex fraud cases, including the largest excise tax fraud case in the history of the United States. As a former prosecutor, Mr. Stahl understands how prosecutors and agents think and put together a case.

Christopher M. Farella, who joined the firm from a prestigious national law firm, has litigated in state and federal courts for a wide array of businesses, including clients in the pharmaceutical, defense contracting, manufacturing, publishing and airline industries.

Korey Kerscher Sarokin, joined the firm after nine years as an Assistant District Attorney for New York County working on trials and appeals and concentrates her practice on criminal defense in municipal, state and federal courts.
