Now he uses his extensive litigation experience to represent defendants in Criminal Law cases, including those charged with White Collar Crimes, and in Commercial Litigation.

Our extensive knowledge and experience in criminal law helps us more effectively represent our commercial litigation clients. Some commercial disputes involve allegations of civil fraud, which can ultimately lead to criminal investigations. We offer mediation and arbitration services to litigants involved in disputes. Attorney Christopher M. Farella is certified by the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C., and served as a mediator with the New Jersey Statewide Roster of Mediators for Civil, General Equity and Probate Cases on a broad range of matters.
Mr. Farella brings a strong background in employment law and commercial litigation to his mediation services. He has represented clients in national arbitration proceedings as an advocate before the American Arbitration Association and has served as a mediator for litigants in civil disputes. He understands the dynamics of mediation from different perspectives, which he uses to assist litigant in resolving their disputes, and avoiding costly litigation.
